What is Hoop Gymnique™
Hoop Gymnique™ is a hula hoop fitness practice combining foundational hoop dance tricks with traditional fitness exercises.
It is a fun, dynamic workout that helps you tone your body, find your balance, strengthen your core, and give you grace in your movements. In this self-care practice, we use the hula hoop as a dance partner on the body for cardio and calorie burning, or as a fitness tool held in both hands for balance, resistance, and strength-building.

That helps to rehabilitate the pelvic floor, the abs, tone the upper body, and develop the strength and agility needed to chase after a growing baby.
