Hoop Gymnique™  is a fun, dynamic workout that helps you tone your body, find balance, strengthen your core, that gives you grace in your movements. In this self-care practice, we use the hula hoop as:
  • a dance partner on and off-body for a fun, calorie-burning cardio workout 
  • as a fitness tool held in both hands used for balance, resistance, and strength-building

​The Benefits of Hula Hooping

​Hoop Gymnique ™-Maman & Bébé created for moms prenatal or postpartum. A fitness practice designed with mom and baby in mind. That helps to rehabilitate the pelvic floor, the abs, tone the upper body, and develop the strength and agility needed to chase after a growing baby. For moms postpartum, it is adapted to keep baby close by either in a baby carrier or nearby in a stroller.​


Hoop Gymnique™ is a full-body, low-impact workout that improves:
