At hoop jams hosted by our club, you will have a chance to get acquainted with the hoop in a relaxed setting. Find the 'right' hoop size for you, and ask some questions to members. Hoop jams are an excellent opportunity for people to start the fitness activity to try it out in an informal, supportive, and fun atmosphere. What's the age range? Our events are family-friendly! All are welcome. My toddler is always running around at our hoop jams. We have plenty of children-sized hoops and hula hoops small enough for our tiniest hoopers to join in on the fun. In addition, we often have families who like to bring a picnic or an apéro and enjoy some hula hooping on the side. A friendly reminder: Please keep in mind, that though we enjoy sharing the hoop with the public and playing with the kids, we are not a garderie. It is the responsibility of the parent(s) or guardian(s) to keep your children entertained during the events and out of harm's way.
